All LG modules now come with 25 year Product Warranty
All LG modules now come with 25 year Product Warranty, after LG have announced a significant improvement on their module warranties.
Following the suggestions received from installers during the LG PRO Installer Conference in November 2017, LG HQ performed additional product tests with the aim of helping to provide longer product warranties for their MonoX and NeON modules, as well as tighter power warranties for NeON R modules.
After very thorough product tests under extremely harsh conditions, LG can now offer 25 years Product Warranty for the following range of A5 LG modules:
- NeON R modules Q1C-A5
- NeON Bifacial modules N2T-A5
- NeON 2 modules N1C-A5, N1K-A5
- MonoX Plus modules S1C-A5
On all of the above ranges, LG have increased its current 15-year product warranty by another 10 years to now 25-years. The new longer product warranty will be applied for all NeON 2 and MonoX modules produced by LG after 1st October 2017 and all NeON Bifacial made after 1st March 2018.
Additionally the NeON R customers can now also benefit from an improved linear Power Warranty. LG will now guarantee minimum of 98% (after 1 year) and minimum of 88.4% (after 25 years) of initial maximum power. This will apply for all NeON R modules produced after 1st July 2017.
