Product Guarantees

All products sold on ZEROhomebills.com and affiliated sites are NEW and come with a Product and Performance Guarantee provided by the Product Manufacturer.

ZEROhomebills.com and its Partners are distributor/resellers only. Products sold by 0Bills are not manufactured by ZEROhomebills.com therefore we do not warranty any of the products we sell. Most items that we sell are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, service, or support policy (if any).

In the event that there is a technical problem that occurs with your product upon receipt or installation of your product we urge you to contact the manufacturer directly. Of course 0Bills Customer Care will assist you in this process. The Customer shall be responsible for the return of any defective product and agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the value of the shipment.

Nor ZEROhomebills.com neither its Partner(s) bear no responsibility in sending a replacement item to the Customer in the event that they have received a defective product; unless this is damaged during the initial delivery. If you receive a defective unit, contact the manufacturer and they will typically repair or replace the product. Again our Customer Care will assist you in this process.

Neither ZEROhomebills.com nor the Operator sells second-hand, used or reconditioned items.

Majority of our products come with a  statutory 1 or 2-year guarantee (depending on your location), starting upon receipt of the products; however several products sold through our web-shop are guaranteed by the manufacturer from 5 up to 30 years.

Product Guarantees – Where to find?

To find out the guarantee period as well as the Guarantee Terms and Conditions that apply to the product you intend to purchase please read carefully the description of the product (Documents and Downloads section on every product page); alternatively visit the links provided to the manufacturer or contact us.

Many of the manufacturers offer extended warranties on their products. These products are labelled accordingly in the ZEROhomebills.com product catalog and/or are sold separately as an Extended Guarantee product item in our web-shop. If you would like to purchase extended warranty for your product and you cannot find that in our shop, please contact us.

During the guarantee period the manufacturers via ZEROhomebills.com and its Partners reserve the right to decide whether items are to be repaired or replaced.

Please note that in some cases the Guarantee and/or the Extended Guarantee is valid ONLY if the product was installed by a Certified/ Licensed Installer by the product manufacturer! (In all cases Extended Guarantees must be purchased together with the product)

If you need a Certified Installer in your area for the product you purchased please contact us. 

Possible deviations from country-specific standards

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).

The Documentation of the products in English can be found on every product page. In majority of the cases these documents are uploaded in German, Spanish, Dutch and French languages as well. You can find them under Document and Downloads. If not complete, please visit the Manufacturer` webpage through the links provided on the product page.

As a Customer, you are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country; furthermore can be installed, and meet the local legislation requirement to commissioning.

When ordering from ZEROhomebills.com or its affiliated sites, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
