ZEROhomebills.com and its affiliated sites like 0Bills gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. With all that said please note that there are Country & Product Specific Restrictions in our online store which may apply to you.
How to find specific products you are looking for?
- Enter keyword into the search bar the top left corner of any page
- Enter the product code (if known) into the appropriate field
- Browse our Products/Brand categories (displayed on the left-hand side of our page) or in the Search Bar
- Browse individual product categories on the front page of the DIY Store
- Filter based on pre-defined criteria
Is the Item in Stock?
The traffic light symbol next to each item indicates item availability:
- Green or there is no indication under the product price – means item in stock and ready to ship. Except UN3480, UN3481 and oversized items/products , which require special documentation for transportation.
- Amber/Yellow or Available on Back-Order – means item currently not available but it is in the process of being restocked in one of our warehouses
- Red or Out of Stock – means item sold out or it is a discontinued item by the manufacturer. Options for similar or comparable items available. In some cases we may be able to source it.
In some instances it may happen that the stock item indicated in Green (in stock) but actually, has an Amber or Red status in our back-end system, meaning that the item is out of stock. In all these cases – if an order has been placed and payment has been done – you will be notified in writing by one of our representatives and full refund on your payment will be immediately initiated. How do I select item(s)?
- Simply click the “Add to Cart” button
- If you would like to use vouchers, enter the voucher ID in the appropriate field and click “OK”
- After you added all products to your basket click “Order”
In cases when 0Bills is not accepting on-line purchases you can send us an inquiry about your request. Your order and/or request will be handled personally by one of our Sales Associates. You can do this either through our “Send us an inquiry” form on each product page in our shop or through our general “Contact“ form which you can find on the Contact Us page. Prices
Prices in our shop are NET, without Sales Tax or VAT (Value Added Tax in Europe) and other applicable taxes, duties and fees (if any). All discount deductions are already included in the displayed prices in your final Cart. Products are delivered from 4 warehouses; therefore applicable taxes may be different for your location. Do I have to register an account to order on-line?
No, you do not have to register an account but in order to follow up on an order you have to have an account with us online. Registering an account with us is a way of saving your personal details, such as the invoicing address, delivery addresses, contact details for future use. This makes our life easier when we need to look up an order. At the same time for you the web page will be even quicker and easier to use in the future. Please note that we never ask for your payment details, such as debit or credit card number, CVS cod and/or any other debit or credit card related information. If someone is asking those information from you for and on behalf of us; decline it and report it to us.

What happens after I placed the order?

Your order is passed to one of our colleagues for processing. This can be someone from our team in Slovakia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, USA or United Kingdom. This person will be your primary contact all the way until you receive your product.

All received orders are verified against our actual stock in the UK, Germany or the USA. If any changes needs to be made to your order one of our team members will confirm you that in writing as soon as possible.

Depending what item you ordered, your order is passed to the warehouse staff in the UK, Germany or United States. Your order is picked and packed according to the product specs and safety requirements for shipments according IATA, road or sea freight regulations.

Your order is dispatched to your address via one of our carriers and/or if it is the case are ready for local pickup in the UK or Germany. Some of the items like UN3480 and UN3481 Class 9 products as well as over-sized items require more time.
