- As soon as you have a confirmed order from your customer, order the required products in our solar webshop. Your stock will be immediately allocated
- Customer generated quotes for various product categories are eligible for a 30 day price protection guarantee which means you will never pay more for the goods but you will receive the full benefit of any price reductions that may occur
- Ensure your account is paid up to date – delays in making or processing payments may delay orders from being dispatched
There are good stock levels and new deliveries arriving every day but there’s always a risk of some products selling out so it is recommended to place your orders and arrange your deliveries in good time.
